Therapy with me isn’t just about techniques and strategies. It’s about connection. I bring my own lived experience as a wife and mom in a blended family of 6 to every counseling session. (And frequently my Therapy-Pup-In-Training, Morrigan!)🐾
I have a young adult daughter, two teenage sons, and a very spirited three-year-old boy. Our home is full of energy, music, laughter, two dogs, and three cats- rarely quiet, frequently chaotic, but always grounded in love… and coffee. ☕
My husband is an engineer, and together we share a love of all things nerdy, from role-playing games to Medieval and Celtic culture. I also find joy in music, reading, cooking, baking, decorating, and spending time outdoors, hiking, and camping with my family.
In addition to private practice, I serve as the director and founder of a nonprofit counseling organization in my community and as the Pastoral Counseling Director at my local Nazarene church. Leading worship, serving others, and supporting the needs of my family and community are deeply meaningful parts of my life and continue to shape the compassion, authenticity, and care I bring into the counseling room every day.
I believe healing happens through safe, honest relationships, and I consider it both a calling and a privilege to walk alongside individuals as they navigate life’s challenges, strengthen relationships, and move toward lasting growth and peace.
